Dhamma Sobha ('radiance of Dhamma') is described by dhamma.org as the second Vipassana centre in Sri Lanka. It is in Kosgama village, about 47 km from Colombo on the Colombo–Ratnapura road, on six acres encircled by mountains. Its schedule includes 10-day courses for monks.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
