Dhamma Dharani ('Dhamma land') is at Maneruwa, Negampaha, in Sri Lanka's North Central Province, beside two lakes used for village irrigation. It is about 45 km from Dambulla and 60 km from Anuradhapura, and its first course was held in 2016.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
