Dhamma Padhana ('foremost in Dhamma') is next to Dhamma Dipa in Herefordshire and was the first Vipassana centre in the West designed specifically for long courses. Each student has single en-suite accommodation and a small private meditation room. Its first course was held in 2010.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
