Dhamma Pokharā ('Lake of Dhamma') is the Pokhara Vipassana Centre at Pachabhaiya in the Lekhnath area of Pokhara, Kaski district. Its current schedule includes 10-day, Satipatthana and 20-day courses, short courses for old students and children's courses.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
