An upcoming centre ('Mansion of Dhamma') at Hetauda in Nepal's inner Terai, about four hours' drive from Kathmandu, on roughly 3 acres. It was under construction when checked; dhamma.org gives 2027 as its first-course year.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
