Dhamma Parāga ('Pollen of Dhamma') is the Dang Vipassana Center in Ghorahi, set up with basic facilities; its first course was scheduled for October 2021. Its current schedule lists 10-day courses and short courses for old students.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
