Dhamma Bhumi ('land of Dhamma') is in Blackheath in the Blue Mountains, about two and a quarter hours west of Sydney, next to the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. Its first course was held in 1983, and its meditation hall seats over 100.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
