Dhamma Abha ('radiance of Dhamma') is on a 61-hectare plateau in Wang Thong district, Phitsanulok, with mountains to the east. Its first course was held in 1999, and its schedule includes long courses of up to 60 days.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
