Dhammodaya ('rising of Dhamma') was established in June 1999 on a plateau near Taichung and ran 25 to 30 courses a year for more than 20 years. The campus has been under reconstruction since October 2019; meanwhile 10-day and 3-day courses are held at a non-centre site in Chiayi City.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
