Dhamma Vikasa ('progress of Dhamma') was established in 2008 in the mountains of Liouguei District, Kaohsiung, as a long-course centre; dhamma.org lists its first course in 2011. Each meditator has a single cottage with its own bathroom, and a pagoda with 120 cells has been under construction since December 2023.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
