IMC Yangon is the original International Meditation Centre of Sayagyi U Ba Khin; the IMC website includes 1957 film of him teaching there. It now holds 10-day Anapana and Vipassana courses in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin and Mother Sayamagyi, including a monthly course led by regional teacher Saya U Khin Zaw. Students from outside Myanmar apply through IMC UK.
