Dhamma Ratana ('jewel of Dhamma') is in the Okpo Monastery in Mogok, the ruby-mining town. S.N. Goenka and his wife gave the Anapana instructions at its first course in June 1996. It accommodates 80 students and also holds courses for monks and children.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
