Dhamma Nidhi ('treasure of Dhamma') is Myanmar's long-course centre, in Intagaw town, Bago Region, near the Dhamma Theik Pagoda, on 18 acres. Its first course was held in April 2010, and it offers 20- and 30-day courses as well as 10-day and Satipatthana courses.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
