Dhamma Nanadhaja is named after Ledi Sayadaw and is being built on Shwe Taung Oo Hill, on the west bank of the Chindwin River about seven miles from Monywa, where Ledi Sayadaw practised in a cave. The local government granted six acres for it in 2004, and dhamma.org lists its first course in April 2008.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
