Dhamma Surabhi ('fragrance of Dhamma') is the Vipassana Meditation Centre of British Columbia, on a 56-acre property above the Coldwater River near Merritt. The land was bought in 1997, construction began in 1999 and the first course was held in 2002. It accommodates about 45 students and servers.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
