Dhamma Pataka ('flag of Dhamma') is described by dhamma.org as the first Vipassana centre established in Africa. It occupies about 7.5 hectares near Worcester in the Western Cape, roughly 130 km from Cape Town, on a site that was formerly a holiday resort. Regular courses have run there since February 2005.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
