Dhamma Dullabha

Dhamma Dullabha is about 100 km east of Moscow near Avsyunino village, among pine forests, and holds 100 students. It runs about 20 ten-day courses a year plus Satipatthana and long courses of 14 to 45 days; its first course was held in 2011.

How to apply

Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
