Dhamma Phala

Dhamma Phala ('fruit of Dhamma') is the Goenka-tradition centre for the Philippines, in Tiaong, Quezon Province. Its schedule includes 10-day, Satipatthana, 3-day, teen and children's courses, some given in English and Tagalog.

How to apply

Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
