Dhamma Makaranda

Dhamma Makaranda ('nectar of the flower of Dhamma') was the first Vipassana meditation centre built in Latin America. It is near Valle de Bravo in the highlands of central Mexico, about two hours' drive west of Mexico City. Its first course was held in 2003.

How to apply

Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
