Dhamma Latthi ('sapling of Dhamma') is the Latvian Vipassana centre in Sigulda Municipality, run by the Latvian Vipassana Meditation Fund. Its first course was held in 2010, and its schedule lists courses in Latvian, Russian and English.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
