Established in January 2003 on eight acres near Bakshi-ka-Talab, about 15 km from Lucknow on the Lucknow-Sitapur highway. It offers instructions in students' own languages and a separate discourse hall for foreign students, and its schedule runs up to 30-day courses.
Apply online through the centre's page on dhamma.org (in Nepal, start from np.dhamma.org). New students must first complete a 10-day course, and there is no charge.
